
Refund and Returns Policy

At Luxytrend, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your diamond ring, we offer a comprehensive refund and returns policy to ensure that you are able to shop with confidence.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates included.
- The ring must not have been customized or altered in any way.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process returns or exchanges.
How to Initiate a Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer support team at returns@luxytrend.com to initiate the return process. You will be provided with a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be included with the returned item. Returns without an RA number will not be processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns, unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for the return, as we cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or design, we can process an exchange within 30 days of purchase. Please note that you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for the exchanged item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@luxytrend.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to expedite the process.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Customized or personalized items
- Items that have been worn or altered (e.g., resizing or engraving)
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
Order Cancellations
You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, we may have already processed or shipped your order, and it may not be eligible for cancellation. If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at orders@luxytrend.com.
International Returns
For international orders, the same return conditions apply, but you are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties associated with the return. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before returning items.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or change our Refund and Returns Policy at any time. If we make significant changes to the policy, we will notify you by email or post a notice on our website. The updated policy will be effective on the date specified.
